Our in-house developed production facilities include the 4.5-meter hot spinning machine, the 10-meter, 4-meter and 3-meter cold spinning machines, as well as the fully computer controlled double-acting hydraulic presses with capacities of 6600 tons, 3000 tons and 680 tons, etc.
We can produce the end caps in a variety of materials, shapes and specifications to best suit your exact requirements.

The raw materials can be divided into two types.
The most of our stainless steel plates are purchased from the Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group.
The vast majority of our carbon steel plates are sourced from the Baosteel Group.
Welding of the large raw materials involves a wide array of techniques, such as: argon arc welding, submerged arc welding, plasma welding, and so forth.
We employ every technique imaginable in order to ensure the product you receive is both high quality and safe for use.
When it comes to stamping and forming technology, our in-house developed, double-acting hydraulic press features the world’s most advanced technology and the greatest capacity of up to 6,600 tons.
This hydraulic press machine can handle a maximum head diameter of up to 3.2 meters, which is tops in the industry.
The 3000 ton double-acting hydraulic press comes with a 3000-ton main cylinder.
It is used to machine the end caps that vary in diameter from 650mm to 1800mm.
The head forming machines have capacities of 500 tons, 800 tons and 2000 tons.
They are intended to produce all kinds of large formed heads and spherical heads.
They can also repair the head when necessary.
The heat treatment furnace works with natural gas and offers precise temperature control.
It will fully satisfy our customers’ heat treatment requirements.
Our in-house developed spinning machines have sizes of 3m, 4m and 10m.
Among them, the 10m spinning machine is best known for being the world’s largest diameter.
The 1000 ton and 2000 ton hydraulic presses are used for processing separate pieces.
They enable the head to be formed with larger-diameter separate pieces.
We have two advanced test rooms used for flaw detection purposes.
In these rooms, we check for any cracks in welds or formed heads.
Finally, we offer polishing, edging, punching and other services based on specific customers’ requirements.
Our ample manufacturing facility occupies an area of up to 30,000m2 and yields 24,000 tons of heads every year. Core processing machines like press machine and trimming machine and grinding machines are developed by ourselves.
Molds The in-house designed head forming machines, along with various auxiliary equipment and molds with a complete range of specifications, manufacture a wide variety of heads and related components.
Raw Material Warehouse
In accordance with customer’s request, we are able to produce pressure vessel heads of different metals and alloys. When it comes to the quality of raw materials, we only purchase materials from reliable and trusted companies. For example, stainless steel plates are offered by TISCO, carbon steel plates are from Baosteel Group and other metal components are supplied by Daming.

6600T double-acting hydraulic press Combining domestic and foreign technology, we designed and manufactured this double-acting hydraulic press, with a great capacity of up to 6,600 tons. Equipped with an intelligent control system, the fully-automatic hydraulic press machine can handle a pressure vessel head diameter of 1500mm－3200mm, cold stamping thickness of 2mm－24mm and a maximum hot stamping thickness of 200mm. This double-acting hydraulic press enjoys a competitive advantage in the pressing industry for it great capacity and advanced technology.
3000T double-acting hydraulic press This hydraulic press comes with a 3000-tons main cylinder. It is used to machine the end caps that vary in diameter from 650mm to 1800mm, with a cold stamping thickness of 2mm－24mm and a maximum hot stamping thickness of 150 mm.
680T double-acting hydraulic press Testing items include size, perimeter and diameter. The worker is measuring the minimum thickness.
2200T head forming machine Testing items include size, perimeter and diameter. The worker is measuring the minimum thickness.
800T head forming machine 12 meters wide, this type of head forming machine is applicable for large head diameters of 3000mm-12000mm and thickness of 8-50mm.
500T head forming machine The 500T head forming machine is intended to produce formed heads, spherical heads and semi-spherical heads with a diameter less than 4.5 meters and a thickness less than 30mm.
Heat Treatment Furnaces
This type of heat treatment furnace is most often used for normalizing and solution treatment. Using natural gas as fuel, this furnace features fast heating and cooling, precise temperature control, energy-saving and eco-friendly.
The second furnace mainly works as an annealing device for heads made from carbon steels and low alloy steels, with dimensions of 7000mm×7000mm×5000mm and an constant temperature of 625±20°C.
Spinning and Pressing :Spinning techniques
This FM3 spinning machine provides a strong guarantee for the precision of nonstandard heads.
The FM4 spinning machine is usually utilized for the process and form of heads that have a diameter of 1500mm-4100mm and thickness of 22mm.
Thermal treatment For heads used in low-temperature pressure vessels, we carry out annealing treatment in the spinning process, in order to eliminate most of the mechanical stress and ensure no deformation and cracks for long time usage.
The FM4 spinning machine is in-house developed and put into use in January, 2011.
Designed with a large diameter, the FM10 spinning machine is most often used to handle head diameter of 2800mm-9500mm and thickness of 45mm.
The 1000 ton and 2000 ton hydraulic presses are used for processing separate pieces, cones and other nonstandard heads. They enable the head to be formed with large-diameter separate pieces. The maximum processing thickness is 40mm.
The maximum processing thickness of 2000-ton hydraulic press is 80mm.
The grinding process further ensures accurate dimensions and beautiful appearance.

The pickling program involves the use of weak acids to remove oils, oxide and impurities.
